The Digitura software and documentation available on the site are "commercial items," as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 (October 1995), consisting of "commercial computer software" and related documentation, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (September 1995).

Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 (June 1995), all U.S. government end users acquire the software and documentation with only those rights set forth herein. You acknowledge and agree to comply with all U.S. laws, regulations and requirements applicable to the export of U.S. origin products and technology.



DigiPay means Digitura's Automated AP Solution payment module

Customer means the buyer of goods and services from the vendor. The customer pays invoices from the vendor for goods and services delivered.

Vendor means the supplier of goods and services to the customer. The vendor submits invoices and receives payments from the customer for goods and services delivered.
