We offer Basic, Standard, Premier, or Custom plans consisting of DigiInvoice, DigiApprove and DigiOffers solutions for a monthly competitive pricing ranging from $595.00 to $995.00, depending on your needs and the solutions or modules implemented.  You do not have to but if you choose to use our payment solution DigiPay the pricing is additional and is based on the type of payment;(ACH, Credit Card or Check) you use as well as the monthly transaction volume. 

There are no limits to the number of purchase orders and invoices generated. There is a onetime small fee for onboarding and training and then the fixed monthly pricing and DigiPay™ negotiated pricing if using the payment solution. There are no user fees, vendor adoption fees, transaction fees, or surprise fees. 

 

Basic

Our Basic solution was designed and built particularly for micro sized organizations where the business rules and workflows involve one person approving an invoice and another person paying for the same invoice in accounts payable. Invoices can be approved and paid individually or by batch.

One or more people can pay for the same invoices in accounts payable. Invoices can be approved and paid individually or by batch.
